ABOUT AYEMA PROJECTS
Ayema Projects commenced business in 2016 the focus of company was shifted to comprehensive engineering services. The company is relatively new on the market but its members have experience in the design and project management of infrastructure projects for a variety of clients, which include Municipalities and private individuals.
We have recently restructured into different business units in order to focus on what we believe are our strengths and where we can make a difference by providing optimal solutions for our customers.
The chosen market for Ayema Projects is the utility company in which the individuals that make up the company have been groomed and developed. It is indeed an opportunity for the company to demonstrate by practice the expertise that it has horned over the years. The challenge to work within this new environment is one that we have embraced enthusiastically and hope that our customers will benefit from our commitment and dedication to service.
Ayema Projects has the expertise to offer a complete engineering service to both government and private sector, focusing more Government Infrastructure Projects in South Africa. These services range from the initial consultation, planning and design, ongoing supervision and commissioning of the overall engineering projects.
We are committed to sharing our intellectual capital and expertise by developing relationships and partnering with other black owned enterprises, thereby providing and delivering solutions and skills to our clients who are operationally controlled through equity participation.
OBJECTIVES
We have adopted ourselves to a mission statement “service excellence” that is used to measure our performance and mission inter alias:
- Employment equity will be maintained across all races and gender while aligning with Government’s stance towards empowerment.
- Execute all technical challenges to provide excellent solutions that will exceed the client expectations.
- Assisting students by providing in service training to all newly graduates and tertiary students where applicable.
- Empower our staff to becoming a strong technical team and be recognized by the engineering institutions.
- Ensure that the community is treated as the main beneficiary on all community development-based projects

- To establish trust and gain confidence of our clients by providing the best quality in engineering services. This will inspire them to always consider our firm first in providing civil structural engineering services.
- To become a company with the capacity to make a difference to the unemployment ratio of students with young fresh ideas in the field of engineering.
- To be able to provide assistance to young people who need to further their knowledge in engineering and to further provide training to such people.

- To provide high quality service standards and quality of our workmanship. By so doing we guarantee the satisfaction of our clients.
- Our policy further means that we employ high caliber staff with the right skills and training to do high quality work. To our client, this means that anything we are requested to do will be done to meet the standards required and even exceed these requirements.
